Wounding
Described in: Core book
Description
If this weapon inflicts damage to a target’s health points, 2D6 additional points of damage are immediately added to the total damage dealt. So long as at least one HP of damage is dealt, wounding immediately takes effect.
Example: Phil’s character uses a foldable shotgun on a flesh beast. After successfully rolling to hit, he rolls the weapon’s 2D6 + 10 damage, for a total of 15. Flesh beasts have no armour points, shields or force fields. Phil therefore rolls an additional 2D6 thanks to the shotgun’s wounding effect, adding 9 to his previous damage roll of 15, for a grand total of 24 points of damage.
