Anti-Anathema
Described in: Core book
Description
When this weapon is used against a creature of the Anathema, it ignores any shield or exceptional Flesh values the target may have. Damage is inflicted directly to their AP, if applicable, then their health. When a weapon with this effect hits a band of creatures of the Anathema, ignore its shield and exceptional Flesh.
Example: Mike’s character hits a Child of the Mask with his radiant sword. Children of the Mask have a shield score of 10 that they usually subtract from any damage received. The radiant sword’s anti-Anathema effect bypasses the shield effect, dealing damage straight to the creature’s health points.
